Physical Training and Personal Self-Defense


  1. If you don't smoke, don't start.
  2. If you smoke, quit.
  3. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day (walking, running, weights, calisthenics).
  4. Eat less sugar, salt and red meat.
  5. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
  6. Find a gym (YMCA, YWCA, etc) and use it.
  7. Learn boxing, judo, karate and/or mixed martial arts (mma).
